It is a space of non judgement and non attachment, meaning you are dancing for yourself and in ways that meet your needs or desires as they arise, without needing the validation of someone or something outside of you. It is not a partner dance or has any specific moves. It is like hot chocolate, but made with ceremonial grade cacao that respects the land, the people that produced it, and your own body. The Ritual is performed to open your heart to new experiences, yourself, and others. It is an invitation to participate as a way to help set your intention for the dance.SOUND BATHThe event will close with a luscious sound bath by the team at Mothra Shadow Work. Soothing tones from crystal bowls, drums, vocals, gongs, chimes and the harp will bring your nervous system back down and ground you back into your body to re-enter the world.
