There are two ADA rooms available upon request. Please call 816-265-1812 to reserve these rooms.Meals - Please note that lunches will no longer be provided during our regular retreats.For Early Bird Arrivals:Monday evening: A light dinner will be served.Tuesday morning: Enjoy a continental breakfast.For All Guests:Tuesday evening: Dinner will be served.Wednesday & Thursday: Continental breakfast and dinner will be provided.Friday morning: A hot farewell breakfast awaits before your departure!Sewing Machines -Feel free to bring your own machine (and all cords!).Alternatively, reserve one of our machines for the duration of your stay, free of charge.If you need a rental machine, please indicate this on your registration form.Cancellation Policy: We know things happen, but if for some reason you need to cancel after you have booked your reservation, please let us know as soon as possible.
