The Weekly Trainer Ride - Hosted by MBW

We are thrilled to announce that MBW at Spooky Nook will be hosting our Weekly Trainer Ride for the season!

Join us for The Weekly Trainer Ride! Our rides will move inside for the winter. Workout starts at 6:15pm and will be roughly 45min to 1 hour.

ALL ARE WELCOME! Bring your bike. Bring your trainer. And suffer in company!

We now do our Weekly Trainer Rides on Zwift! If you would like to join the virtual ride be sure to let Otto know so he can invite you on Zwift. If you don't have Zwift, feel free to still come and ride along!
