- **Event Description**: Come and join me for a 3 hour workshop on the science and spirituality of Forest Bathing hosted by Owner of Green Earth Ecotherapy. Saheeda is a certified Horticulturist and a certified Ecotherapist, Certified Therapeutic Horticulturist, Wellness Facilitator and Certified Coach with Certified Coaches Federation of Canada, Certified Outdoor fitness Coach and  Saheeda is also currently studying Diploma in Ecology and Human Interaction with Nature.  Her mission is  "Enriching Lives Through Earth and Wellness "

This 3 hour workshop will guide you into the wonders of nature and the natural world seen and unseen and how you can benefit from it mentally, emotionally, spirituality and physically Enriching all areas of your life. 

Who is this workshop for? 
anyone who is open  minded
nature enthusiasts 
If you are suffering from any form of body ailments
If you have stress, insomnia, anxiety etc...
This practice does not replace any of your medications or doctors but rather adds quality to your life, participants will sign a waiver. 

What to bring?
Please wear comfortable clothing and shoes for hiking
Bring Water
RBG does have a trail with a hill that we will be walking up, plz get doctors advice if you have heart condition. 

There will also be a nature meditation, you are free not to participate in the meditation if you choose not to. 

Please send e-transfer to saheedaali@hotmail.com in advance to hold your spot, this also gives me the time to prepare the materials and know how many to prepare. Cost? $50 for the 3 hours (materials included) workshop and parking is $5 per car after the May blooming season. So if you and your friends can car pool that would be great!
