The Shadows that Seek the Light

Our shadows are here to show us that parts of ourselves that are ready to grow & heal. 

Light can not exist without shadow.  

This meditation is an exploration of the parts of ourselves we may have hidden, rejected, or outgrown. 
Holding space for compassion rather than judgment, we can start to shift the lens from the place of hurt to healing. 


Journey Includes:

~ Entering your sacred healing space 
~ Meeting your shadow & seeking guidance 
~ Understand the lessons it carries 
~ Reiki energy healing
~ Reflection with oracle card messages

Intention:
"I welcome all parts of myself with compassion."

In this space you are welcomed exactly where you are, no prior experience is required (or expected)

Please bring your own bolster/ pillow, blankets & yoga mat (if you want to lie down) There is also a couch for those that want to sit. 
Enjoy a hot herbal tea afterwards. 
Journaling after is welcomed & encouraged. 
If you would like to journey with crystals or any other item, please bring it along.

A little bit about me,
For over a decade, I've been walking my own healing path, exploring the layers of self-discovery, healing old wounds, reconnecting with intuition, and learning to trust the wisdom within. This is still and always will be 'work in progress' haha 

As a Reiki Master, I've spent the last 5 years supporting others on their own journeys through Reiki, intuitive readings, guided meditations, retreats, workshops, and sacred circle spaces. Alongside this, I am a trauma-informed coach, creating experiences that honour each person's unique journey with compassion, safety, and respect.
