As summer gently gives way to autumn and pumpkins begin appearing on porches, there's a certain magic that fills the air. Sweaters come out of storage, the days grow a little cooler, and kitchens are filled with the unmistakable aromas of cinnamon, clove, cardamom, nutmeg, vanilla and ginger.

Inspired by everything we love about a Canadian fall, Chef Lulu has created an afternoon tea that celebrates the season in true Hamilton Prop House style. Rich maple, brown sugar, honey, pumpkin, warm spices and fresh cream come together in a menu that feels both comforting and elegant—bringing the flavours of autumn to a traditional English afternoon tea.
