About Elemental Sound Baths: The ancient energies of Earth, Air, Water, and Fire are the sacred building blocks of our world, and their balance shifts with the turning of the seasons. "Elemental Resonance" is a monthly sound journey that attunes us to this ever-changing harmony. Each month, we will explore the elements that are most potent for the current time. Sometimes we will dive deep into a primary element of strength, like the Fire of deep summer or the Earth of the harvest. Other times, we will journey with the complex interplay of all four elements as they swirl together within the season. This practice fosters a profound connection to nature's rhythms, helping you find your own inner balance amidst the cycles of change.
