Join us for two safe and supportive parent sessions offering information, understanding, and hope for adolescents experiencing self-harm, suicidal ideation or behaviours.

Join Family Centre and Bermuda Hospitals Board Child & Adolescent Services (CAS) for a collaborative workshop series starting November 24. In these sessions, our trained mental health professionals will help you with:

• Understanding self-harm, suicidal thoughts and behaviours
• Recognizing warning signs
• Tips and strategies to support your adolescent
• Finding support for yourself and your child

It is highly recommended that you attend both sessions.

Week 2: December 1, 2025 - Suicide Information Session
