- **Event Name**: Saturday “Runner’s Choice” Event

- **Event Description**: We are now also doing another monthly run to add to our monthly midnight runs. 

One Saturday per month we will be running a “Runner’s Choice” event. 

We will meet at the usual spot at 7am and run the regular 10km route. 

Anyone can stop there if they like. 

No pressure and no judgement. 

BUT 

If anyone wants to keep going, we will then run one lap of the loch, an extra 6km taking us to 16km. 

BUT

If anyone still wants to keep going after this and go for one more lap of the loch, we hit the half marathon. Just over 21k.

This is entirely a runner’s choice event. 

Run 10, 16 or the half-marathon. 

All runs are to raise awareness of men’s mental strength and are men only events. 

They are so because men act differently around women. 

We posture more and share less. 

Just facts. 

These events are for men to run, embrace our mental strength in the mental health crisis era.

We use them to support one another, share our knowledge, and inspire each other.
