Join us for a special Renew, Connect & Reflect workshop. A gentle, uplifting session designed to help you reconnect, recharge, and take some well-deserved time for yourself.


Whether you’re new to Parent to Parent or have been part of our community before, you’ll find a warm and welcoming space to connect with others who understand your journey, while focusing on your own wellbeing. Plus, we have a special wellbeing surprise in store for all attendees.


Come along to meet our wonderful new Regional Coordinator, Rebecca, and enjoy a session thoughtfully facilitated by Helen Smith. Lunch will be provided.
