Whether you’re finishing long-awaited UFOs or starting something fresh and exciting, you’ll have the freedom to sew at your own pace without the pressures of daily life tugging at your sleeve.The best part? You’re surrounded by quilters who understand the thrill of a perfect seam, the satisfaction of a finished block, and the joy of sharing tips and ideas. Throughout the retreat, conversations flow as easily as the stitches—stories, encouragement, laughter, and those little moments that remind you how strong and special this community truly is.By the time you pack up, you’ll leave with more than completed projects. You’ll carry friendships strengthened, creativity recharged, and a renewed love for the art of quilting. Because quilting with friends isn’t just about the stitches—it’s about the memories woven in between them.What to Expect From Us:Sleeping Rooms - 10 rooms are upstairs and are shared - there are no private rooms available and a chair lift is available for assistance. There are two ADA rooms available upon request. Please call 816-265-1812 to reserve these rooms.Meals - Please note that lunches will no longer be provided during our regular retreats.For Early Bird Arrivals:Monday evening: A light dinner will be served.Tuesday morning: Enjoy a continental breakfast.For All Guests:Tuesday evening: Dinner will be served.Wednesday & Thursday: Continental breakfast and dinner will be provided.Friday morning: A hot farewell breakfast awaits before your departure!Sewing Machines -Feel free to bring your own machine (and all cords!).Alternatively, reserve one of our machines for the duration of your stay, free of charge.If you need a rental machine, please indicate this on your registration form.Workshop - Information will be forwarded to you soon.Cancellation Policy: We know things happen, but if for some reason you need to cancel after you have booked your reservation, please let us know as soon as possible. The retreat is only fully refundable 60 days in advance of the start date. In the event that you are past the 60-day notice and are unable to attend, you may transfer your reservation to someone else or move to another retreat at a later date within the next year.If you need to cancel or have further questions, please email us at retreats@missouriquiltco.com or call us at (816) 265-1812.Projects: A selection of 2 workshops will be offered on Wednesday during this retreat.
