Powerlifting Meet at Spooky Nook Fitness

Join us for the Nook Fitness Powerlifting Meet Saturday November 8th from 8:00AM - 3:00PM.

This event is for people of all strength levels and experience. Whether you're a seasoned powerlifter or you're just starting out, come test out your strength in a positive and encouraging environment.

Athletes will attempt to lift the heaviest weight possible in three main lifts: squat, bench press, and deadlift.

Competitors are divided into flights (groups) and each lift has three attempts.

The competition is judged by officials, and the lifter with the highest total score across the three lifts wins their division.
