Often entrepreneurs have to work with stakeholders (customers, suppliers, partners, etc.) who all have their own and varying paces. This makes it challenging to find get into a flow for making business decisions and advancing projects. It is helpful for start-ups to consider the sales and business cycles of their customers, as well as reflect on the cadence of internal business cycles and how they can align.
You know how sometimes things just happen to fall in place at the perfect time better than you could have ever planned? Well, that’s when the rhythms just line up. Despite their importance, rhythms are often overlooked and downplayed in business development. This workshop will provide attendees with a novel method for developing business strategies that endure by approaching them through the lens of “rhythms”.
This workshop is designed to help you identify the rhythms that work (and don’t work) for your venture now and adapt the pacing for future scenarios. Participants will gain a new perspective and appreciation for interacting with the rhythmic nature of their business. We’ll use a fresh approach applying systems theory to map the pacing of different business factors such as: the demand seasonality, workflows of internal departments, the right-timing for partnerships, etc.
Join us and take a fresh look at your business from a rhythmic point of view!
This in-depth workshop is for entrepreneurs and start-ups in the mobility and transportation industry that want to create a deeper understanding of the systems and cycles that exist within their business and within their supply chain.
