In this class, you'll create your own full-sized pie completely from scratch: mixing and rolling your dough, preparing the filling, assembling your pie, and baking it to golden perfection. It’s a delicious way to build confidence in the kitchen while celebrating a beloved North American dessert.

Participants will be guided step-by-step through the entire pie-making process, from preparing a buttery homemade crust to cooking or assembling the seasonal filling, and finishing with a beautifully baked pie to take home.

Learn the secrets of creating tender, flaky pie dough using simple ingredients and proper technique.

Cook and/or mix your own pie filling using fresh, high-quality ingredients inspired by the monthly theme.
