Come and move your body in your body's way to create JOY and pleasure. Release stress and anxiety. Boost your spirit and connect with the Nia community. Suitable for ALL fitness levels and abilities - Seated movement option is available.
Nia® Dance is an amazing fusion-style, dance fitness class that utilises movements from three martial arts (Tai chi, Tae Kwon Do, and Aikido), three forms of dance (Jazz, Modern & Duncan dance) & three ‘Healing Arts’ including Yoga, Alexander Technique & The Work of Moshe Feldenkrais. These movement forms are all blended together with a unique range of choreography and world music to inspire the mind, emotions and spirit. It is taught as a fitness, lifestyle, and mindfulness practice.

9.30am-10.30am Saturday mornings at Te Uku Hall, RAGLAN,
TERM 4 IN_PERSON CLASSES STARTING on 
Saturday 15th November 2025 for 5 weeks 
(please note: another 4 weeks of Nia classes are available in Term 4 as ONLINE ONLY on 11th & 18th October & 1st & 8th November - see other FB event for full details)

* Wear comfortable clothing to move and sweat in.
* Bring a water bottle and a small towel &/or yoga mat
* Nia is danced in bare feet but if you need to wear shoes for support or comfort please do.

Pricing:
- 5 weeks ($17 per week) - $85 (paid in advance)
- CASUAL drop-in rate CASH only $20
