Event Description:

Come learn from Ryan, a businessman and Christian minister/field worker with 15 years of field experience in Central Asia. When he returned for a two-week trip to check on his staff and projects, he was unprepared for the ensuing challenge of a 2.5-year captivity which would test every conviction he had and take him to rock bottom where he had to come to terms with his most deeply held values, identity and faith. Hear his story and lessons in suffering and the sufficiency of God. Ryan will share about his imprisonment and the spiritual and life lessons he learned from his experiences.

The Center was established on October 5, 2000 in honor of the late Dr. J Christy Wilson, Jr., known throughout the world for his passion for missions and his desire to see new churches planted in each of the remaining unreached people groups of the world.
