Join us for a helpful and inspiring session for adults with Intellectual or Developmental Disabilities (I/DD) and their families. This session will help you think about the kind of life you want and what is most important to you. We will talk about how to create a clear personal vision and how to find the supports and services that can help make that vision real.

You will hear real stories from families and professionals. There will also be a panel discussion about building a strong support team, handling staffing challenges, and creating daily routines that fit each person’s needs. Participants will also learn about important advocacy work and useful resources.

This event is a great chance to get tools, ideas, and confidence to help design a day—and a life—that works well for your loved one.

This is a hybrid meeting. The in‑person location is the Hilton Garden Inn Hamilton, 800 US Highway 130, Hamilton NJ 08690.

The presentation will take place from 10 AM to 12 PM.

After a lunch break at 12 PM, council business will be discussed from 1 PM to 3 PM. Non‑members are welcome to attend.
