👤Jacob Moon is an award-winning singer-songwriter known for his soulful pop and folk songs and his mesmerizing live looping performances, created by layering sounds in real time to turn a single guitar into a full orchestra. Based in Hamilton, Ontario, Moon has earned praise from legends like Rush, Marillion, and Gordon Lightfoot for his inventive covers and standout original material, featured across 12 albums. Moon’s artistry has taken him to international stages, including a performance at the Canadian Songwriters Hall of Fame at the request of Rush. His emotionally rich songwriting and genre-blending style draw comparisons to Paul Simon, James Taylor, and Peter Gabriel. Whether performing solo or sharing the stage with his heroes, Jacob Moon captivates audiences with passion, precision, and a truly unique musical voice.
👤Joel Guenther is a Burlington-based musician with over a decade of live performance experience. He’s played with several groups, including the Celtic band Poor Angus, the rotating collective Strummers Union, and Juno Award-winner Tomi Swick. Raised in a musical family, Guenther began singing at age three, playing piano at four, and joined his first band at 14. A skilled guitarist and songwriter, he continues to write and record.
👤Steve (S.G.) Sinnicks began playing drums at 11 and, at 15 began to play the pubs with everyone, from local artists to Canadian legend Stompin’ Tom Connors. Since transitioning to original songwriting in the late 90’s, he is now known across Canada and the US as a singer/songwriter in the vein of Nick Lowe or Billy Bragg, with a history of dissent and telling the story with words, music and solidarity.
