The sessions will be led by experienced facilitators, giving you exposure to different approaches to mindfulness meditation from mostly guided to mostly silent. The meditation period is 30-45 minutes followed by 15 minutes of questions and discussion. Please bring a mat and cushion if you have them. We will also have chairs and some mats on hand.Street parking is available and you may also use the parking lot at the Crown Point Community Church north of the Y.No matter your level of experience with mindful meditation, you will benefit from this hour break from everyday life.You are welcome to decide to come at the last minute. However we ask that you register in advance if possible so that we can notify you if there are any changes in the schedule.
