- **Event Description**: Forest Meditation ~ Occurring on the last Sunday of each month at the beautiful & tranquil Chatelherault Country Park with the Lightworker Spiritual Medium. 

Set in the middle of ancient woodland and tucked away off the beaten track, surrounded by pine trees and lush forest floors, you will be invited to relax whilst being guided through wonderful meditations to help ground with nature, release low energy & recharge for the week/month ahead. 

Nature has provided the seating for this event, as the spot has many logs spread out to give you your space. Laura has chosen this spot specifically to ensure you have your own room to relax under the canopy of trees. 

You should dress for the weather, bring something warm such as a blanket/towel to sit on if you like, or a towel to dry feet if you choose to meditate barefoot. Please bring a flask with warm drink/hot chocolate for colder evenings & water. You can journal after your meditation to write down your thoughts, feelings or ideas and things you wish to achieve for the month ahead. 

These sessions include inviting higher beings to join you whilst you heal, recharge & manifest your inner peace. 

For those of you who have never meditated please don’t be put off as simply immersing yourself in natures natural beauty and listening to your breath, I assure you, will help even the most active thinkers! Those with anxiety, ADHD/autism will especially benefit and there is no age limit. The only thing to consider is your mobility as it is a 10/15 minute walk from the main visitor centre into the spot for the meditation. 


Timings:
Meet 6.20-30pm (please arrive on time as we will start promptly) 
Walk down through the woods to the meditation spot in silence 
Start meditation 7pm
End meditation 8pm 
15 minute chat/feedback/journaling 
8.15pm walk back to centre and event ends
