With the help of over 200 volunteers, swan flocks have been recovered here and are an amazing conservation success story! The Ontario population of Trumpeter Swans is now estimated to be 2000+ and as many as 100-200 can be found along the shoreline at LaSalle. The Trumpeter Swan was recently voted to be Burlington’s unofficial city bird. Learn more here.General Access: Free parking.
