Let’s go!! We’re heading to Raglan for an epic weekend of IRB action 💥

We've been listening to your feedback about the upcoming ER IRB Development Weekend in Raglan and, based on the feedback we've received from clubs, we've decided to broaden the focus of the event. Rather than being aimed primarily at exam-ready IRB drivers, the weekend is now open to IRB driver candidates of all experience levels.

Our goal is to provide a supportive and enjoyable environment where drivers can develop their skills, build confidence, and learn from experienced instructors and examiners. Whether you're just starting your IRB driver journey or you're preparing for your exam, there will be plenty of opportunities to gain valuable experience on the water.

For those who are exam ready, we will still be holding an IRB Driver Examination during the weekend (dependant on surf conditions). 

We encourage clubs to take advantage of this opportunity by sending both developing and exam-ready drivers. It's shaping up to be a fantastic weekend of coaching, learning, and networking with members from across the Eastern Region.
