What is Vaulting?
Equestrian Vaulting combines gymnastics, drama, and movement on horseback.

Our training sessions include:
Strength & Fitness Training
Flexibility & Yoga
Breathwork
Vaulting on the barrel and the horse.

Vaulting is incredible for developing body awareness, strength, flexibility, coordination, teamwork, and a genuine love of movement.
✨ No horse or gymnastics experience is necessary.
A love of rhythm, movement, and horses is all that’s needed!

Meet Your Coaches:

- Stephanie Kennedy

Founder of SpiritRides, now in its 15th year. Stephanie vaulted as a child in Germany and has trained extensively with exceptionally talented and successful overseas vaulting coaches over the past ten years. She is a qualified Yoga Teacher and Personal Trainer and is deeply passionate about teaching vaulting and all it has to offer.

- Giorgia Hope

Vaulting since the age of five and a big part of the SpiritRides family. Over the last 12 years, Giorgia has progressed from vaulter to trainer and loves sharing her passion with others. She brings a strong background in acrobatics, drama, musical theatre, and dance, with many nationwide competitions and performances.

All equipment is imported from Germany, of excellent quality, and designed to ensure horse comfort and safety.
