This is not a grief group, therapy session, or educational workshop. Instead, it is a gentle, respectful conversation where participants are invited, but never pressured, to share thoughts, questions, experiences, or simply listen.

This conversation is open to all, with no agenda or teaching, just a safe space to share and listen, without reaching conclusions or promoting any particular viewpoint.

These conversations can help us:

• Reflect on what matters most for each person
• Reduce fear around end-of-life topics
• Build community and understanding
• Hold space for one another in a compassionate way

The conversation will be gently facilitated by Christy Wesselman of Listening Heart, trained as an end-of-life doula and spiritual director/companion.

Space is intentionally limited to support a comfortable conversation.
