Embracing You (EY) Conference 2026

Pastor Oluwatoyin Dada has been actively involved in ministry work with her husband since 1996. She passionately enjoys teaching and guiding others in the Word of God. She started her work in ministry pastoring in Swaziland (now Eswatini) and South Africa as pioneering Pastors in the Redeemed Christian Church of God (RCCG). She relocated with her family to Canada where they planted RCCG Restoration House Hamilton (which has also birthed many other parishes).

Pastor T as she is fondly called by her church family is in charge of the children's ministry for RCCG North America Operations, Canada, and serves as the Vice President of Women in Ministry. Her passion is to see the Word of God lived in integrity by the believer. Oluwatoyin’s heart of service is expressed through her efforts and work on various community initiatives. She is the convener of Embracing You an annual women’s conference that seeks to make women and young adults pursue the wholeness of their being in Christ.

She is the joyous wife of Pastor Olayinka Dada, Pastor in charge of Region 10 RCCGNAO, Canada, and they are blessed with wonderful children.

Dr. Ibukunoluwa Abiodun Awosika is a Nigerian business woman, motivational speaker, and an author.

Dr. Awosika is a graduate of Chemistry from the University of Ife, Nigeria; She is an alumna of the Chief Executive Programme of Lagos Business School; the Global Executive MBA of IESE Business School, Barcelona-Spain; and Global CEO Programme of Wharton, IESE and C.E.I.B.S Business Schools.

Education

As a fellow of the African Leadership Initiative, Aspen Global Leadership Network, Institute of Directors, and Society for Corporate Governance Nigeria, Ibukun, through her projects aspires to use her opportunities in life to further the greatness of her dear country by raising entrepreneurs to create jobs for the large unemployed youthful population. She is a member of the Nigerian Economic Summit Group (NESG), served on National Job Creation Committee (NCJC), and sits on the International Advisory Board of IESE Business School, Barcelona-Spain.

Career

Dr. Ibukun Awosika serves on a number of corporate and not-for-profit boards amongst which are: First Bank of Nigeria Limited, Cadbury Nigeria Plc, Convention on Business Integrity (CBI), and the Nigerian Sovereign Investment Authority.

She chairs the boards of First Bank Nigeria Limited and Afterschool Graduate Development Centre (AGDC) – a facility which she promoted to help address youth employability and enterprise issues in Nigeria.

She was Chairman, FBN Life Assurance Limited; FBN Capital Limited; and Kakawa Discount House Limited.

With high interest in social issues and women, Ibukun is a co-founder and past chairperson of Women in Business, Management, and Public Service (WIMBIZ). An ordained Pastor and founder of the Christian Missionary Fund; Ibukun, through this faith-based organization works with hundreds of missionaries spread across Nigeria to change lives through the provision of medical, educational, and other supplies.

Dr. Ibukun Awosika is a multiple award-winning entrepreneur and the First Nigerian recipient of the prestigious International Women Entrepreneurial Challenge Award (IWEC) as a nominee of the US Department of State in 2008.

She loves to watch investigative and legal series in her leisure time. She is married to Abiodun Awosika and they are blessed with three wonderful sons.
