Lunch – Blue Suede Lunch ($90 + tax & ticket fees)

• First Course: “Jailhouse Rock” Salad – Baby greens, charred corn, heirloom tomato, pickled red onion, candied pecans, honey-mustard dressing
• Main Course: “Love Me Tender” Chicken Supreme – Bourbon BBQ demi, whipped potatoes, seasonal vegetables
