Marley is passionate about her community and helping people, and enjoys exploring different ways to work collaboratively to balance out work and life.Noelle Smith is the owner, manager, head perfumer, product developer and senior curly hair stylist at Ellenoire Boutique and Salon, and has been in business over 30 years.
