This is still and always will be 'work in progress' haha As a Reiki Master, I've spent the last 5 years supporting others on their own journeys through Reiki, intuitive readings, guided meditations, retreats, workshops, and sacred circle spaces. Alongside this, I am a trauma-informed coach, creating experiences that honour each person's unique journey with compassion, safety, and respect. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Building our community together: Event Disclaimer & Community Agreement This gathering is a space for connection, healing, self-discovery, and personal growth. To help create an environment where everyone feels welcome, safe, and supported, we ask all participants to attend with kindness, respect, and an open heart. By attending, you acknowledge that: All experiences shared within the group are confidential and should be treated with respect. Every person's journey is unique. Please honour and respect differing beliefs, experiences, and perspectives. Participation in meditations, healing practices, sharing circles, and activities is always voluntary. You are encouraged to listen to your body and participate only in ways that feel right for you. This event is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or replace professional medical, psychological, or mental health care. While Reiki, meditation, energy healing, and spiritual practices can support wellbeing, results and experiences will vary for each individual. You are responsible for your own physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual wellbeing throughout the event. Please communicate any concerns or needs to the facilitator so appropriate support can be offered where possible. Together, we co-create a compassionate, judgment-free space where all are welcome exactly as they are. May we meet each other with respect, hold space with care, and support one another's journey with kindness and integrity. ✨ Come as you are.
