Whether you’re heading back to work, planning for being away from baby, building a stash your supply, or just want to learn more about expressing – this one’s for you!

Join us for a relaxed morning where we will be sharing practical tips on pumping and storing breastmilk – what works, what doesn’t, and how to make it all feel a bit less overwhelming.

As always, there’ll be a cuppa, casual chat and playtime for the little ones. Bring your pumping or breastfeeding questions – a Breastfeeding Counsellor will be there to help!
