Our theme for this class is 'reconnect to your power'.

This workshop is an invitation to come home to yourself.

Life asks a lot of us. Amongst the daily demands - the doing, deciding, showing up for everyone else, and mental tabs - many of us lose the thread back to our own power.

Whether you've been giving so much that you've forgotten what it feels like to be full, or you can sense that something in you is ready to rise and you just need the space to let it, this session is your permission slip to stop, breathe, and remember who you are 🫶

Through Breathwork, you'll release what's been building up, complete the stress cycles your body has been carrying, and reconnect with the deep inner trust, clarity, and power that's been yours all along.

Over 3 hours, you’ll receive ...

💎 Trauma-informed education on the nervous system, stress responses and trauma
💎 A 60 minute Breathwork journey, guided the whole way through, and designed to help you breathe fully and move energy through your system
