Shake things up with our immersive Cocktails & Tapas Class—a spirited culinary journey where you’ll learn the art of cocktail crafting alongside authentic Spanish-style small plates.

Perfect for private events, team-building, or a unique night out, this class combines hands-on learning, bold flavours, and lots of fun.

What to Expect:

Guests will dive into the rich history of cocktail culture and Spanish tapas while working with professional tools, fresh ingredients, and guided instruction. You'll explore key bar techniques, learn how to create garnishes, and mix up three stunning cocktails—each perfectly paired with a flavourful tapa made from scratch.

Cocktail History & Tapas Origins

Get inspired by the stories behind your drinks and dishes.

Garnish & Pre-Mix Workshop

Learn to make elegant garnishes and foundational pre-mixes (simple syrup, sour mix, fruit purées).

Mix Three Signature Cocktails:

• Orchid Martini – Floral, vibrant, and beautifully garnished
• Chocolate Martini – Rich, velvety, and indulgent
• Mojito – Bright, minty, and perfectly muddled

Cook Three Classic Tapas Dishes:

• Patatas Bravas – Crispy potatoes with spicy tomato sauce & garlic aioli
• Champiñones al Ajillo – Garlic sautéed mushrooms with herbs
• Pan con Tomate – Rustic bread topped with fresh tomato, garlic, and olive oil

Throughout the session, you'll alternate between cocktail mixing and tapas-making, tasting and enjoying your creations as you go.

All ingredients, tools, and equipment are provided.

No prior experience is necessary—just bring your curiosity and appetite.

Guests receive recipe cards to recreate the experience at home.

Private bookings are available at our Hamilton studio or off-site (travel fees may apply).

*All cocktails are served non-alcoholic by default. If you wish to include alcohol in your experience, please get in touch with us in advance so we can arrange a Special Occasion Permit through the AGCO on your behalf.
