You bring your focus and attention to what is already present and happening in the body and allow it to be expressed. The body carries so much wisdom and this practice can support you to get into your body and let that innate wisdom flow. This evening includes music that is louder than you typically experience in meditation to support an environment where you can express yourself which may include breathing louder and making sounds. The breath is always in motion and you will be encouraged to harness this motion to find where flow is already happening in your body and life and encourage this flow of energy. You will be guided to use the breath as an anchor to focus your attention enhance awareness and strengthen presence. This can support you to be connected to what is present for you throughout your practice and tap into our your innate wisdom and body knowing. This practice is a combination of breathwork and spiritual practice. Breathwork can allow deep releases and powerful transformation.
