Beginners Pilates Classes

EVER WANTED TO TRY PILATES? OR REFRESH THE BASICS? Then come along to our 8-week Beginner Pilates block course. Starting TUESDAY 3rd February 6.30pm @ NORTHGATE CHURCH, ROTOTUNA. Come along for a fun intro into Pilates!
It is an introductory level class aimed at strengthening the core, increasing flexibility and raising awareness on how to maintain better posture.
We utilize Pilates props to keep the classes fun and challenging. Classes are run in a friendly and informative environment, which will gear clients up to then safely attend any of our other OPEN classes on our schedule.
