Beginner Life Drawing

Join us for a fun, beginner-friendly session where you’ll learn to make bold, expressive marks to capture poses, muscles, and movement—all from a live model! No experience needed, just bring your curiosity and creativity. Let’s bring your drawings to life! ✨👩‍🎨🖌️

This experience is in the Dyeworks Studio at 9 Landsdowne Avenue (part of the Cotton Factory - don't want you to get lost finding us).

Facilitated by expressive figurative artist Karen Klucowicz, you'll be guided through drawing exercises on how to draw the human figure. (By the way this session is for adults only, our models will be nude.)

Through a series of short, dynamic poses and a few longer ones, you'll explore the fundamentals of drawing the human figure. You'll learn how to break down the body into shapes, capture movement and proportions, and build on your sketches to create more detailed and expressive full drawings.

All materials, instruction and one-on-one guidance are included (and beverages) — come solo or bring a friend and enjoy a fun-filled evening as you explore your creativity.
