- **Event Description**: I'm excited to share that I will be collaborating with the lovely souls at @sohamstudio.ca to host an Astrological Embodiment Mini-Retreat!

You might be wondering what astrological embodiment is? It's learning your natal chart, your soul's purpose, why you are here, the way your energy works and the way you were designed to live. The embodiment piece comes into play when you actively live out our authentic self instead of pushing against what you naturally desire. Embodiment is listening to your body and the cues it shares with you daily. 

We will be doing two astrology workshops as well as a dance meditation practice to help you listen to your body and be in embodiment after re-learning all about yourself with the two astrology workshops.

The first astrology workshop is all about learning three key placements - your Sun, Moon and Saturn (inner world, outer world and life lesson). The second astrology workshop is learning your cyclical nature and how to find your personal new year with your rising sign. Lastly, we end with a 30-min dance meditation to a really awesome playlist to explore all the elements we hold within (water, air, earth and fire.)

Schedule:
2–2:15pm | Welcome & Introductions
2:15–3pm | Decode Your Natal Chart Workshop (learn the basics - sun, moon and saturn)
3–3:15pm | Break
3:15–4pm | Harness Your 12 Seasons Workshop (learn how to flow cyclically with the seasons and astrology)
4–4:15pm | Break
4:15–5pm | Dance Meditation Practice, Reflections & Sharing

Bring water and any extra snacks you may need to stay energized. There’s parking onsite. The studio is up one flight of stairs (15 steps). Let’s explore the stars in your body and on the dance floor.
