Sound healer Kelvin Young guides you through a transformative sound journey as Dr. Lindsay Chimileski, weaves in Traditional Chinese Medicine wisdom to honor the winter water season. In Chinese medicine, winter invites us to slow down and listen inward. The Water element governs rest, renewal, and the deep reserves of Kidney Qi — our body’s source of vitality and resilience. Through acupuncture and therapeutic sound, we’ll nourish these inner waters, ease the nervous system, and create space for stillness to flow.Bring a mat, blanket, and anything to make yourself comfortable.
