We’re inviting exceptional vendors to partner with us for Life in Color: HAIRSTORY—an immersive celebration of Black hair and culture that will take place on February 2, 2025. Vendor Details:

• Indoor Event

• Options: $125 (we provide a 6ft table + 2 chairs) OR $100 (bring your own setup)

• Industry Exclusivity: Only one vendor per industry to ensure unique offerings for our audience

• Staff: Two (2) people per vendor table, including you and one guest

Event Highlights:

• Runway Show Admission: Each vendor receives two (2) tickets to the fashion show, giving you the opportunity to enjoy the show and engage with our audience.

• Setup & Networking: Vendors will have a 1-hour setup window with time to connect with fellow vendors before the event opens.

• Social Media Promotion: Gain exposure with shoutouts across our social media channels!

• Fashion Show: 4-6PM

• Setup Time: 2-2-45PM
