- **Event Description**: Join us Saturday, February 7th, 2026 @7pm for another beautiful pairing as part of the
Pellicano Vineyard Platinum Series of pairings.

We will be pairing Pellicano Vineyard wines with
Sweets on the Hill Chocolate Truffles.

$45 per person + NYS Tax.
Includes a free bottle of Pellicano Vineyard DOC Prosecco & a Truffle Gift Box by Sweets on the Hill to take home, in addition to the 4 wine tastings and 6 truffle tastings during the pairing event.
(Tipping is optional and not included)

The Pairing:

(4) wines will be poured at once in separate glasses at the beginning of the pairing so that we can experiment with different wine & chocolate combinations and create multiple pairing experiences.
This tasting is meant to be fun, interactive, and expand our tastes and appetite for wine.

The Sweets on the Hill professionals will pick the perfect truffle pairings for the specially selected wines:
DOC Pellicano Vineyard Prosecco
IGT Pellicano Vineyard Vermentino
IGT Pellicano Vineyard Rose'
Pellicano Vineyard Cab Reserve.

During the pairing, The Pellicano Vineyard Wine Team will explain recommended wine & chocolate pairings and take an in-depth look into the development and story behind the wines paired. Pay attention because there will be trivia questions for prizes.

As is tradition, a 25% discount will be offered on off premise bottle purchases of all wines tasted. A free gift box of 6 Truffles & a bottle of Prosecco will be included to take home as part of your ticket price!!!

The winery will be open 3-9pm.
Doors to the private event room open at 6:30pm.
Pairing starts at 7:00pm.

This popular event will take place in The Pellicano Vineyard Tank Room Event Space.

Note: The Tasting Room will be open to the public 3-9pm during the event.
Coming early & staying late to enjoy The Vineyard is encouraged!

**Sweet Red & Sweet White Wine may be substituted for Cab & Vermentino.
Please see host after seating and prior to wine pours for this option.

This is a 21 and over event.
