By purchasing a ticket via Eventim or attending any Sunday Sculpt Club event, participants agree to the terms outlined below.1. Event DetailsThe upcoming event will take place on 1 February 2026 at Tortue Hamburg.There will be two Pilates sessions:• Session 1: German• Session 2: EnglishEach session hosts 15 to 25 participants.3. Ticket Purchase & RegistrationTickets must be purchased exclusively through Eventim.A booking confirmation from Eventim constitutes a binding registration.Tickets are limited and allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.Participation is only guaranteed upon successful ticket purchase and payment processed by Eventim.4. Cancellations & RefundsTicket cancellations and refunds follow Eventim’s official refund policies.Unless otherwise stated by Eventim, tickets are non-refundable except in cases where the Organizer cancels or significantly changes the event.Participants may transfer their ticket to another person. Ticket transfers must comply with Eventim's regulations. Please provide the name of the replacement participant no later than 24 hours before the event via Instagram message or email.5. Waiting List & ReplacementsIf an event is sold out, participants may join a waiting list managed by the Organizer.When a spot becomes available, individuals on the waiting list will be contacted in order of registration.They have 24 hours to accept the spot and complete purchase through Eventim (if applicable) or follow the Organizer’s instructions for ticket transfer.6. No-Show PolicyIf a participant does not attend the session without prior cancellation or ticket transfer, the ticket fee is forfeited.In cases of repeated no-shows, the Organizer reserves the right to refuse future registrations in order to give other community members the chance to participate.7. Cancellation by the OrganizerIf the Organizer is forced to cancel the event due to unforeseen circumstances (illness, force majeure, location issues, safety concerns), all participants will receive a refund according to Eventim’s refund process.Additional claims such as travel or accommodation expenses cannot be refunded.If the event date is rescheduled, existing tickets remain valid. If a participant cannot attend the new date, they may request a refund in cooperation with Eventim.8. LiabilityParticipation is at the participant’s own risk.Sunday Sculpt Club and its instructors are not liable for injuries, accidents, or damages occurring during the event unless caused by intentional or grossly negligent behavior.Participants are responsible for assessing their own physical condition and must inform the instructor of any health concerns prior to the session.9. Photo & Video ConsentPhotos and videos may be taken during the event and used for social media, website, and marketing purposes of Sunday Sculpt Club.By attending, participants agree to this use.If someone does not wish to appear in photos or videos, they may notify the team before the session begins.10. Data ProtectionPersonal data provided through Eventim or directly to the Organizer is used solely for event administration and communication.Data will not be shared with third parties except where necessary for ticketing or payment processing.11.
