Sound Bowl Healing Group

Come as you are- meditation and sound bowl session where everyone plays to enhance the experience.

We sit in chairs or on the floor in a circle around the room. The lights dim for a brief guided meditation, then we each play whatever instrument we feel comfortable with. This is totally low pressure and all relaxation. Everyone welcome to join us with whatever calming talent you may have to bring - drum, flute, bowl, shaker, etc.
and talent is not even necessary!

Arrive by 6:55 to start at 7pm. Bring a water if you like.
Adults and mature teens only - $10. If you really want to join in but have trouble paying, please contact Diana.
