Sacred Reset Sundays are intentionally curated experiences designed to help you slow down, soften inward, and realign with yourself — mind, body, and nervous system. This session falls on 2/22, an alignment portal, and the beginning of Pisces season — a powerful combination for emotional release, intuition, and deep inner reset.
We begin with a ceremonial cacao offering, a heart-opening plant medicine traditionally used to support inward reflection, emotional awareness, and presence. Cacao gently softens the heart space, helping you drop out of the mind and into the body — creating a supportive foundation for the breathwork and sound journey that follows.
Through guided breathwork and an immersive sound bowl experience, we’ll regulate the nervous system, release stored tension, and create space for clarity, grounding, and inner alignment. Pisces energy invites surrender, softness, and flow — allowing emotions to move, intuition to lead, and the body to unwind what it’s been holding.
You’ll leave feeling steadier, lighter, and more connected — grounded in your body and anchored in your intentions for the season ahead.
✨ This is a small-group, intimate container designed for personal regulation and reset.

✨ Please bring a yoga mat, a blanket, and a pillow (especially helpful if you experience lower back discomfort).
