Hikyoga at Alchemy and Anna Mae Bacon Bird Sanctuary with Molly

Let's celebrate the beauty of Fall and all it has to offer! What could be better than combining yoga with the great outdoors at Alchemy Wine and Beer and Anna Mae Bacon Bird Sanctuary! Our adventure will begin with a meditation and warm-up at Alchemy Wine and Beer. We will then head across the street to the beautiful and tranquil bird sanctuary for a hike + yoga. As we enjoy nature, we will pause to stop, drop, and practice some of our favorite yoga poses. This Hikyoga experience will give you the opportunity to embrace nature, enjoy an invigorating hike, and take part in peaceful yoga flows. I am excited to be outdoors with you to experience the energy and peaceful feeling of what Hikyoga creates!

The hike is approximately 1 mile in length. After this, we will enjoy each other's company at Alchemy for an optional brunch, coffee and/or a drink at a 20% off discount.

Event Details:

Difficulty of Trail: Easy and approximately 1 mile in length

Things to Bring: Water, mat (for inside Alchemy), appropriate outdoor clothing for weather (rain gear & sweatshirt if needed, sneakers and comfortable clothing), sun screen, and bug spray.

Parking: Alchemy's parking lot; Municipal parking lot off Union Street; Main Street and Buffalo Street (Rt 62)

Event is rain or shine/Tickets are non-refundable

A rain date will be emailed to you if rescheduling becomes necessary due to extreme weather conditions at least one hour in advance of the event. Please check your email.
