Students may bring what they found online if they have a particular goal in mind.This workshop is intended for students at any level of aerial skill, scalable based on the range of skill, but preferably those who have some measure of experience on aerial sling or loops.Students must be able to invert on an aerial apparatus. Students who can do the splits and backbends will likely get the most out of this workshop.Open hang session following instruction is preferable, so students can get the most out of their time with the chains.Topics Covered:Pro-tips on grip, bruising, pain managementConditioning for performance, costuming, and drop impact.Apparatuses covered:Chains as Double Contortion LoopsChains in a Single SlingChains as StrapsDress:Students are to bring tight-fitting clothing (preferably spandex/tights with full coverage, several layers), Shoes are fine. No heels until the student has run through the flow and has an understanding of how the chains move.Pole-dancing gloves and ankle support preferable, but not required.Students may change into "instagram-friendly" looks for content production following general instruction.
