HDOC AGM

The Halstead Dog Obedience Clubs Annual General Meeting will take place on Friday, April 10th, 2026 at 7:30pm.
The meeting will be preceded by light refreshments provided by the club. Members who wish to add items to the agenda should email the secretary - aGFsc3RlYWRkb2djbHViIHwgZ21haWwgISBjb20= - by March 1st to allow sufficient time for agendas to be produced, sent to all members and for any proxy votes to be submitted.
The following roles are up for election:
Chairman.
Vice Chairman.
Treasurer.
Secretary.
Committee members.
You must have been a member of the club for at least a year to be eligible to stand for a committee or committee officer role.
Additionally, annual membership fees must be paid before March 31st to allow members to vote. Fees are £15 for a single person and £20 for joint membership.
It would greatly assist the committee if it is possible for annual memberships to be renewed well ahead of the renewal date.
