The evening will begin with a gentle guided visualisation to help you settle & ground, before being immersed in the rich vibrations of the gong waves of sound that wash through body, mind & energy field. I am also honoured to welcome a SPECIAL GUEST MUSICIAN @Robert_leons weaving the haunting sounds of flutes & ancient wind instruments, adding an earthy, tribal & deeply atmospheric layer to the experience. I am a Women's Circle Facilitator & Certified Magical Herbalist & Teacher of the Shamanic Munay-Ki 9 rites of initiation. I have 15 yrs of Mahayana Buddist practice including meditation, White Tara, Medicine/Healing Buddha & Avalokiteshvara Empowerments. Trained in Shamanic Energy Medicine. I am an Akashic Records Practitioner (including soul retrieval, timeline and past & future life work) and a Priestess Tutor & Initiator at the East Anglia Goddess Temple trained in ceremony, oracle work, celtic drum journey, scrying, the Divine Feminine & embodiment. I am a certified Energetic Space Clearing Practitioner, Earth Alchemist & Dowser & Certified in Astral Projection. Trauma & Neurodiversity informed with Mental Health & Counselling Skills Level 2 diplomas, Grief literate and Addiction aware. I run my own wellbeing business, Training School & Reiki Clinic REIKISPACE which hosts events & retreats & treatments at my barn in the North Essex countryside. Gong playing is a safe, healthy and relaxing experience and often a release from one's usual busy head space. A special and incredible releasing experience. Different for everybody and different every time! Fantastic for stress and sleep difficulties. No experience needed, just lay back and allow the gong sounds to wash over you.
