? 1) Floating Ticket – In-Water Experience

Float in the water, fully supported by a comfy aqua lounger and experience sound not only through your ears but through your whole body as vibrations travel beautifully in water.

✨ Benefits of floating sound baths may include:

? Deep relaxation and stress relief
? Soothing muscle tension and joint stiffness
? Enhanced sensory immersion as sound travels more effectively through water
? Calming of the nervous system, supporting better sleep and mood
? Gentle support for mindfulness and meditation

? You will be guided into the water by a fully qualified Swim4life staff member who will be on hand throughout your experience.

❗️ Please note: Floating tickets are not available to non-swimmers.

? Please arrive in swimwear under your clothes for ease.
? You are welcome to wear a t-shirt over your swimwear if desired.

2) Poolside Ticket – Dry experience

Prefer to keep your feet on dry land? Nestle in by the poolside, surrounded by the same beautiful soundscape in our acoustic pool room. Please bring blankets, pillows, and bolsters for maximum comfort - Please note it is warm in the pool room, so layers are key!

Both ticket types include:

✨ A guided relaxation arrival to help you settle
✨ An immersive 45-minute sound bath
✨ Herbal tea afterwards in our Spring Croft Hub to gently reawaken

No prior experience necessary, but in pool tickets can only be for those who can swim.
