An afternoon with Isobel West of Blue Skies Veterinary Physiotherapy.

The talk will include an overview of Physiotherapy in relation to competition dogs, with exercise demonstrations.

- How to spot early signs of strain/pain before they become bigger problems

- Injury prevention including simple warm-up and cool-down routines

- Easy conditioning exercises to build strength, flexibility, and core stability

- Followed by a mini conditioning workshop .
