Learn to Spin Yarn on a Spinning Wheel

This course is designed for total beginners wanting to learn to make yarn on a spinning wheel. This course is in-person with one main learning session plus class options for follow up troubleshooting. You can learn all you need to know about spinning yarn in the Main Class if that is all you can make. You must have taken the Main Class to be eligible for the follow up classes.

Main Class: Saturday January 10th, 11am - 4pm

Follow up class options:

Sunday January 11th, 12pm - 2pm

Saturday January 17th, 12pm - 2pm

Just like my online course this will be a step-by-step class going through a series of points to get you to spinning yarn. We will cover the basics of understanding a spinning wheel, the best fibers to start with, and loads of wool information to make learning to spin both fun and educational. By the end of the main class day we will have you spinning yarn on a wheel!

You do NOT need to have previous spinning experience but you DO need to save your spot by registering in advance.
