Sunday Chill Out is 90 minutes of gentle unwinding and deep rest — a monthly invitation to slow down and reset. Held at WAMA, a peaceful space, this class is grounded in Restorative Yoga and Yoga Nidra. Each session moves at a very gentle pace and includes floor-based postures, nervous system regulation practices, guided rest and Yoga Nidra.
Designed to calm the mind, ease tension, and restore balance, this class offers a simple, supportive space to rest deeply and reconnect with yourself. No experience is needed — the hardest part is turning up.
Please wear warm, comfortable clothing.
