GENERAL SCHEDULE
FRIDAY (From 2:00pm) 
Optional Ride 60-90mins or Flat Run 25-30min easily. 
If working can arrive up to 9:00pm. No official squad sessions 

SATURDAY
Long Rolling Ride (Halls Gap to Dunkeld return) with Run OTB.     (ARVO) Mt William Mountain ITT (Out of your comfort zone challenge). 
Then Squad Dinner at the Halls Gap Hotel  

SUNDAY
Pre Run Ride (Lake Fyans Flat Loop) then 
Long Trail Run (Lake Bellfield & Town Trail Loop). 
(ARVO) Trail Hike to The Pinnacle Lookout  

MONDAY
Medium dist. ride and Run OTB. 
Camp Lunch to finish
